Ember is a destination dining experience with the highest quality of steaks and seafood prepared over wood-fired grills. The menu is complemented by a specialty cocktail menu, whiskey library and an extensive wine lists accompanied with highest level of service from our Sommelier and Service Team.The energetic dining space overlooks the scratch kitchen with views of our culinary team. A separate piano lounge with live entertainment adds to the dynamic vibe. Seasonal outdoor dining by the fireplace is also available. Please note we do have a dress code at Ember.We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jersey's, baseball style hats, beanie's, bandana's, oversized or baggy clothing, flip flops, open toed shoes for men, tank tops and sleeveless shirts are prohibited.

The Italiano, the newest masterpiece by Chef Joey Maggiore and his team of culinary geniuses, located at 90th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, the elevated Italian restaurant will be The Maggiore Group’s sixth concept introduced to the Valley’s award-winning dining scene.The Italiano exudes an ambiance of casual elegance, blending warmth with sophistication, while offering authentic Italian dishes that transport you to the very heart of culinary tradition in Italy. The menu will feature the flavors of old-school red sauce Italian cuisine with a Chef Joey touch. Casa Mia is the authentic Italian Cuisine experience. Our family moved to the U.S. in 1993 from Sorrento, Italy (a province of Naples). We came straight to Scottsdale so none of our palates were altered from the flavors they were familiar with. Casa Mia means "my home", and just like at home our food is made to meet our standards of taste. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality, from home made pastas, organic produce, and now organic grass fed beef.     I have been excited to try this new restaurant. We had friends in town, so it was a great opportunity. The place was full the entire time we were there. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and timed perfectly. They have a lot of staff working. Everyone was very pleasant from the hostess table to the people bussing tables. Following someone else’s review, our party ordered the short rib lasagna, short rib pappardelle, and I got the chicken rigatoni. Everyone raved about their meals. The Caesar salad had the prettiest presentation. As much as I’d like to keep this restaurant to myself, I have to say it’s amazing, and will be on top of the list when we go out. You must have a reservation. It’s busy and for good reason!

    Anniversary dinner and the entire staff was friendly, engaging, and professional. Our server (AJ) was outstanding in his attentiveness to our dining experience. The entree we selected were delivered in a timely manner, tasty, and arrived at the appropriate temperature. We were treated with excellent service and tasty meals. Great overall experience. Will return to Embers.

    Large outdoor patio. Amazing sunset view. Awesome guitarist played outside. My salad was fresh and flavorful. I will be back many more times.

    Really great food and staff was friendly. Food portions were appropriate for the price. Staff could have been a bit more attentive, but ultimately was professional and helpful. View of the nearby mountain range is incredible.
