Our Executive Chef, Antonino Montefusco, meticulously crafts his menu options to showcase his extraordinary talent and unique style. Every detail is studied to provide your senses with a unique experience, the reason why Terrazza Bosquet does not serve à la carte menus but rather degustation (tasting) menus.All guests by table are required to “participate” in the “dining experience” by ordering the same tasting menu, i.e. diners seating at the same table cannot choose different menus.We kindly ask you to report any allergy or intolerance you may have.At Terrazza Bosquet children over the age of 8 years old are welcome to dine with their parents.Dinner will be served on the terrace weather permitting.The dress code of the Terrazza Bosquet restaurant reflects the ambience and style of the hotel.
