Giorg is a casual fine dining Italian restaurant that has been a pillar of food and service in Thunder Bay for over 30 years. White linens, amazing wines, beautiful food are always enhanced by the care, passion, and attention to detail carried out by the service staff. With over 50 years of combined experience in the dining room, we strive to leave our guests with a lasting memory. Our chef is inspired by the changing flavours of the season and works with products from local farms and purveyors to create our seasonal menu options.     We arrived early for our reservation, but they were happy to seat us. The server was lovely and knowledgeable. The brunch menu is varied, with interesting choices to please diverse tastes. The Cobb salad was delicious and the Italian Paloma was a great way to cap off a busy morning at the local Christmas Craft extravaganza! The food came very quickly, but we did not feel rushed. I am so pleased I chose Bight for our lunch reservation today.

    Our server was absolutely fantastic; kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very present. The food was outstanding, best meal I’ve had in a while. It’s always a bit loud in lot 66 because of the acoustics, but the food and service definitely makes it worthwhile. Will definitely be back.

    My husband and I had a fabulous evening at Ancho &Ore. The service was great. We had an exceptional waitress. Food was very tasty. We absolutely love the jazz band Indigo !!
