At The Millbrook Inn, the term “local food” is literal: we are surrounded by family farms of every kind, and insist our menu is sourced only from the finest ingredients in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley. In our elegant but laid-back bar and conservatory, we serve elevated, but not fussy, American cuisine, supporting local farmers and purveyors of every kind: from produce to eggs; from poultry to pork; from dairy to maple syrup.
