Out door dining was situated within sight of Riverwalk and beautifully landscaped. Great food and drink menus. Food was delicious and waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Place had a real good vibe with customers of all ages. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to dinner to allow my wife's elderly mother a chance to get out and enjoy herself. She had been wanting to get to Texas Cattle Company for a while and we planned on making it in February for my birthday, but due to some minor issues, we couldn't get there. We all enjoyed our tasty porterhouse's, filet, and as a staple the grilled chicken. My mother in law enjoyed her steak and was glad to get out for a delicious meal and family time. We will definitely be back as it is our favorite steakhouse, Lakeland is lucky to have this gem. If you haven't tried, it, give them a visit. I know you will enjoy it as we have for so many years, and hopefully many more to come. And finally, our favorite waitress Trish took excellent care of us as always! If you get the chance, chat with her about her love for wildlife (Especially Raccoons lol!).

As alawsys the food was marvelous, the atmosphere amazing, and the service impeccable. We will continue to return to Columbia again and again.

We LOVE dinner at Propagation. However, the brunch menu and experience may be my favorite! The food is consistently delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Food, ambience and customer service was amazing!! Mashed potatoes and zucchini were absolutely delicious!!
