Waterfront dining at its finest! Family-owned and operated for 115 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine. Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room. Choose a table looking out onto the radiant blue waters of the Intracoastal Waterway from the Mediterranean dining room, or experience the casual atmosphere from our outdoor deck on the water. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella a la Valenciana, Roast Pork a la Cubana and fresh seafood specialties. Sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

    We have been coming here for about 7 years when in Clearwater Beach. Have always enjoyed it but I think tonight was the best meal ever. Our server was Sierra and she was spot on in every way. RJ was the bartender and made my husband’s martini to perfection. I had the Autumn mahi-Mahi and it was fabulous! My husband chose their meatloaf selection. He enjoyed it emensly and found the portion so generous he could not finish. Always a favorite when in Clearwater Beach.

    Open Table permitted us to make a 9 pm Friday night reservation. The restaurant actually closes at 9 but I would not have known that had they not called me to ask me if I could arrive earlier than 9. This kind of attention to detail is very professional and I appreciated it. The food was amazing! We were a party of 6 that grew to 11 at the last minute. They accommodated us with a wonderful attitude and we had a great time having drinks, tapas, dinner plus dessert with friends and family.

    We have been going to the Black Pearl for a few years now, and it never disappoints, the staff the food always outstanding. Don’t want to say too many good things otherwise it’ll be impossible to get in when we want return.

    What a fun restaurant with tasty dishes-PB&J Brussel Sprouts, Chicken Thai Flatbread, Pan Seared Scallops, Lamb Burger, Chile Lime Salmon and Coconut crème pie and Cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delicious plus some cocktails during Happy Hour. Highly recommend- the menu has so many choices you won’t be disappointed.
