Come enjoy a modern dining experience planned around a creative, eclectic menu and the spectacular views of the Sherwin Range and Mammoth Mountain. Our restaurant features the fine cuisine of Mammoth Chef Gaby Hernandez and is a dramatic departure from the standard fare found in traditional bowling centers. Starting December 16th The Brasserie restaurant will be open daily at 5:00pm. Holiday hours may be different. Since we opened this camp 25 years ago, we have focused upon fresh foods for our guests. We know it is difficult to find good meals on the road, especially if you are vegan and vegetarian, and invite you to join us.You will smell the foods before you walk in, but will see entree's like baby back pork ribs, samosas, ribeye steaks, moussaka, vegan ramen and steamed saffron mussels through our open kitchen. We make easy to assemble fresh bag lunches for the trail, and specialty lunch items for indoor and outdoor dining. Beside items like American breakfast and breakfast burritos you will find signature items like our California breakfast too! All this from fresh, mainly regional sourced, sustainable and some organic healthy foodstuffs. We invite you to peek into some online reviews in advance. Our breakfast and lunch menus rarely change, however our limited dinner menu does change nightly. This restaurant is family style dining. Accessible restroom, parking and ramp to Cafe.

    The dining room is a magnificent hall. The surrounding view is breathtaking, especially in the daylight for breakfast. Our servers were great. The hotel is in the midst of some construction, so the main kitchen has not reopened yet. Therefore all meals are buffet. That is why I gave the food 4 stars. For buffet food was good and plentiful, but I will come back another time to order off the menu for the 5 star food experience. The experience over all was worth it.

    La experiencia fue hermosa! La comida espectacular el lugar es precioso y la mesera muy atenta. Si quieres comer en los iglú de afuera necesitas reservar con un mes de anticipación aproximadamente. El único inconveniente fue que a nosotros nos gusta comer con pan y lo trajeron casi para el postre jaja pida el pan con anticipación porque vale la pena.

    Hands down one of the best ribeyes I have ordered from any top tier restaurant I have been to. Mood was nice, music was just right. Just the right amount of service to get what we needed and never a bother to speak to. They didn’t feel overbearing (not a mouth full of food when they asked if we needed anything) Great experience over all. Would recommend.
