Chef Bobby Santacroce and Chris Stemler have prepared a menu celebrating the rich and love-filled flavors of the American South. AIM Strategies, LLC, is excited to announce their third restaurant in Downtown Topeka. The restaurant features an upscale American grille menu with items such as: premium cut steaks, Tuscan Salmon, Chicken Fried Lobster, and a diverse selection of appetizers, salads, sides and desserts. Also included are traditional favorites like burgers, fries, and grilled chicken sandwiches. The Weather Room will also feature various handcrafted cocktails and an extensive wine selection. The restaurant is open to the public and welcomes walk-in guests and reservations, and is located at 920 S. Kansas Avenue, within the lower level of the Cyrus Hotel. Operating hours will be from 6:30am – 10:30am for breakfast each morning, lunch served from 11:00am- 1:30pm. Dinner hours will be 5pm – 10pm with a full-service bar for cocktails, wine, and draft beers.We are excited to bring elevated eats to Downtown Topeka!

    I couldn't have been happier going here for Valentine's Day weekend. Everything from the wine to the great food selections on the menu (shoutout to the crab cakes, Filet Oscar, and lobster tail over lobster risotto, plus red velvet cheesecake and chocolate layer cake) was top notch. We've never had bad service here, either, with waiters who are fun to chat with and who know the menu well.

    Great food (we had oysters, scallops, and crab cakes), wonderful service (Caroline and Nicole are terrific!), nice surroundings. We try to pick our reservation times carefully as it is very, very loud and difficult to converse during Happy Hour and their peak dining times.

    Such a romantic and intimate environment for our date night. The friendly service made us feel truly welcomed, and the delicious food was a highlight of the evening. We also appreciated the fair prices, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a perfect date night, and we can't wait to return!

    Restaurant week menu at the Mad Greek was a winner! Three courses for $15.99 and the choices within each course were phenomenal! I have found The Mad Greek to be consistent in both service and food excellence—quality and quantity. Bravo to this restaurant for a great foodie experience!
