He was friendly and very knowledgeable on any questions we had about the menu. The branzino and duck breast were each cooked to perfection. We were greeted immediately by Stephanie, our server, and from that moment on, our dining experience was a memorable one. Stephanie was extremely friendly and very attentive towards our dietary needs. We had the brussel sprouts, duck, grass fed burger and shared the peanut butter bread pudding for dessert. All were absolutely delicious! We especially loved the cashew sauce for the brussel sprouts and the chutney served with the duck. All of the food was very flavorful and it was so reassuring to know that most everything is made in-house. Stephanie was an awesome server and made our last night in Park City a wonderful night.
