Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant is the second restaurant from fine dining chef Curtis Stone (of Maude) and the first he’s opened with his brother Luke Stone. Gwen is both a European-style, chef-driven butcher shop and a restaurant that is redefining dining in LA, with a menu that calls on fire-based cooking techniques. Whether you’re picking up house-made charcuterie, prime and rare breed meats from the retail store, enjoying a feast in the dining room or relaxing with a bite and cocktail at the bar, Gwen delivers the highest standards of quality, taste and service.On Wednesdays-Sundays, we offer Chef's Carte Blanche 5-course tasting menu for $130 per person (limited quantities available). In 2024, the original location of Petit Trois, on Highland Ave in Hollywood, celebrates 10 years as a beloved, can't miss part of LA's dining scene. Chef/Owner Ludo Lefebvre puts his spin on classic French flavors including the cult-favorite Big Mec burger, swimming in rich Bordelaise sauce, perfectly roasted Heritage chicken with compressed potatoes fried in clarified butter, a French Dip sandwich served with a version of the restaurant's onion soup for dipping, and lots more. Start with the restaurant's housemade baguette served with the creamiest French butter and pair it all with wine from the restaurant's thoughtfully curated list, which includes 16 by the glass options. With a design inspired by classic Parisian bistros, Petit Trois transports guests in its 2 dining areas as well as an outdoor patio. The dining room is also available for private events.

    Everything was wonderful once we got in the restaurant. We would have never made a reservation had we known the Christmas Parade was happening. What a traffic nightmare!! Now let’s get back to the food. Everyone enjoyed their meal, my wife had seafood risotto, it was delicious. My MIL had the small filet, she loved it. My FIL had the fried shrimp and was impressed. I had the bone in Ribeye and it was exceptional! Sides were asparagus, onion rings, and shoestring potatoes all were on point. The highlight for me was the escargot, simply delectable. Thanks to everyone at Musso and Frank for making my wife’s birthday dinner outstanding! Cheers until next time.

    There’s a reason why this place is always busy! The food is incredible, service was welcoming and fun, and the ambiance was impeccable. Great for a date night, for friends and family or a solo date at the bar top.

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner! Our server, Jen was so friendly and kind. Immediately gave us complimentary Prosecco to celebrate. She reviewed the menu with us and advised us based on preferences. We had the mozzarella bi bufala, the orecchiette, raviolo, Caesar salad, and the braised beef cheek special. Everything was so delicious! Cannot wait to go back!
