Talking up St. Louis' wide-ranging Italian eatery scene, which gets as specific as regional specialties, he says he's wanted to have a place like this since he was 18."We're going to start very simple and accessible," he says, "we'll play to the crowd and start a dialogue, then grow the menu with community input.""Simple," includes dishes like his tomato bisque, with which only has five ingredients. "It's all about the perfect balance. And that gets back to the essence of good Italian food: quality ingredients, very few, in perfect balance." We had the stroganoff and veal. Both were so flavorful and beautifully presented. The owner/chef delivered our meals to our table which was such a nice, personal touch! Our waitress Gracie was excellent and knowledgeable about the entrees we asked about. We love supporting local businesses and it’s easy to do with fabulous restaurants like this!

Easily the best take out Thanksgiving meal we’ve ever had. The turkey, stuffing,, and gravy were awesome. Plenty of food for everyone with easy reheating instructions! We loved it!
