At Momo we do what we love. We work with amazing local producers and suppliers and use only the best seasonal produce. Our head chef Michal Buchta has been with us since 2016. His dishes are simply delicious - always full of flavour and finesse. Our dining room is casual and relaxed. We have a great selection of organic wines, local beers and soft drinks. Our menu is gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly. Since we opened in 2014 we have won many local and national awards - including BEST CASUAL DINING, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST EMERGING IRISH CUISINE to name but a few.

Located in the heart of Waterford’s Viking Triangle (link to WVT web), the Reg consists of 5 bars built around the 900-year-old City Wall constructed at the same time as the adjacent Reginald’s Tower. Each bar has its own unique character and offering. We are Great Place to Work Certified and also Won Best Late Night Bar in Ireland for 2022. Excellent restaurant - great atmosphere, tasty food and wonderful staff! We booked a table at Pinks for my sisters hen party. Everyone was so lovely, they made it really special for the occasion. They decorated the area and were attentive and helpful the whole time we were there. The food was so tasty and there were lots of options no matter your preference for spice, being veggie, or a meat eater. The cocktails were great too and everything was so reasonable. Fully recommend Pinks and a huge thank you to all the staff!
