We are an ultra, pink mid century inspired cocktail bar and restaurant. Dolly’s is a fun, playful and inclusive space to celebrate, connect and catch up. Our menu is Peruvian in its roots and fused with North American and southern flare. Our cocktail menu is tropically inspired, and is agave, pisco and cachaca forward, balanced and innovative.     From The moment we walked in the staff made us feel very welcome. We had a nice table tucked in a corner, served by our favourite, Jeff. He is amazing, attentive without being intrusive. He helped us get advice on Portuguese wine, and surprised us with a yummy dessert! We require gluten free options, Sabor handles that without skipping a beat. We love Sabor, we will be back as soon as we can

    We had a fabulous time at the Common!! Great service, right from the door. Excellent food and drinks!! Fantastic ambiance, decor and music. Our server was AMAZING!! She was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly absolutely wonderful!! We will definitely be back!!
