Alkali Playground​附近的餐廳

For great New American food, Paragary's is our long-time favorite spot in Midtown Sacramento. We started by splitting their wonderful Caesar salad, and it never disappoints. My wife ordered the lamb sausage pizza, and they happily substituted mozzarella for feta cheese, the latter being a huge allergy issue. I ordered the Bavette steak, done exactly right and it was very flavorful. We also had a medical emergency phone call at the start of the meal, and the staff graciously gave us space to complete that and get on with the evening.

It was a belated birthday celebration and staff were kind to acknowledge it. Plus the birthday desserts!

Very nice place from the decor to the ambience of the establishment. Service was excellent, our waitress was very attentive and helpful.

In all ways Camden Spit and Larder was a stellar experience. We were a party of 4 senior ladies out for a monthly lunch date. The service staff were personable, helpful, and professional. The food was the highlight of our experience; prepared with careful attention to each ingredient. We started with mock cocktails that were refreshing and creative, and a starter of deviled eggs, a gastro and visual treat. Our entrees were the shepherd’s pie, crispy fish sandwich, and an asparagus soup with leeks and mushrooms, yum! The desserts of toffee pudding, pistachio orange tart, and affogatos were the food of the gods. Bravo to the chef and staff! All of this in a relaxed atmosphere of quiet elegance.

The food was great and a unique experience. We have been to the Melting Pot several times and gave enjoyed our visit each and every time. Our server Jacob was excellent and made our experience that more enjoyable.
