At our restaurant, you’ll experience food prepared according to Old World traditions straight from the heart of Italy – the birthplace of our founder, Angelo Elia. Born in Salerno, Italy, Angelo was first taught to cook by his mother in their home kitchen. Both of his parents (his father was a local butcher) instilled in him the importance of using only locally gathered meats and fish, growing garden-fresh herbs, and baking breads from scratch. Angelo hand-selects the freshest, seasonal ingredients and artfully prepares them in an inviting setting of warmth and sophistication. Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Aspen is located within a historic Victorian house in downtown Aspen, CO. Indoor dining in Aspen will be temporarily closed per Pitkin County Board of Health starting on 1/17. Takeout is available nightly from 5:30 pm-9pm.     Duemani is an excellent seafood restaurant in Aspen. We loved everything we ordered - scallop crudo, tiger prawn, Chilean sea bass, brazino… everything was expertly prepared and we enjoyed every single bite. If you are looking for great seafood (not steaks or pasta) you will not be disappointed.

    This was our second time coming to Angelo’s and it is by far still our favorite upscale Italian restaurant in Aspen! It all starts with the friendly staff at check in, followed by our amazing server and the most knowledgeable sommelier to recommend the best Tuscan wine to pair with our dinner. Great ambiance as well, well lit. Dog and kid friendly.

    Campo de Fiori is one of my favorite restaurants to visit in Aspen mostly because of the ambiance. In the winter, it's the perfect spot for a cozy winter dinner. In the summer, I love sitting in the courtyard. Service is always fantastic!
