Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. This was a very festive and merry way to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The food was good the atmosphere was festive and Mrs. Claus and Santa took their time with the children. The gift they gave the children was very nice too. The cookie decorating added to the fun. Can’t wait to do it again next year with my grandchildren.

This was our first experience dining at Morgan & Co., and it did not disappoint. We were warmly greeted and seated next to the fireplace, and it was a cold and rainy evening, so this was much appreciated. The waitress (Fay) was a delight and very accommodating, service was timely, and the meal was absolutely heavenly! We both commented on the way home that this was a place we would be coming to again. Also a big thank you for the champagne toast to commemorate our big night!
