Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. There is also a stylish bar and a large outdoor dining area, covered with awnings and umbrellas and surrounded by a garden of herbs and edible flowers. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking. Finally a great steakhouse in Eugene!! From the minute you walk into Kennedy's, you feel welcomed! We were there for my son's fiance's birthday and when we got to our table, there was a hand written note from the manager (I am assuming), wishing her a happy birthday! Our waitress was phenomenal, very attentive! The food starting from the bread to the appetizers, main dishes and dessert were all delicious! I highly recommend Kennedy's Steakhouse!!

The service and the food were excellent. The noise level was a bit high due to the open floor plan but the ambiance was very comfortable. We will be back.
