Bodega SF is an evolution of Matthew Ho’s family's restaurant, Bodega Bistro, which operated from 2003-2017 out of San Francisco’s Tenderloin District, serving traditional Northern Vietnamese cuisine. The brand’s success continued as Ho organized pop-up events, eventually transitioning to meal packages throughout the pandemic to meet demand.     dinner was very good. We shared the wedge salad and I had the steak frites and my friend had the filet with a side of broccolini. Great ambiance and the chairs at the smaller tables for two were quite comfortable. Overall a delicious dinner and I would return!

    Beautiful lounge & great drinks, fun cocktails & atmosphere - a slow service to start, but it was busy, once we managed to order though it was then good service thereafter - highly recommend & will return!

    First, our server was very nice and explained the menu and answered our questions. She was very attentive all night. The bone in filet was awesome as was the creamed spinach side. Wine by the glass price and pour were good.

    What a wonderful restaurant, live music with a singer, and a table for 5 just close enough. Several stations, as it was Thanksgiving. Salads, pastas, great veggies and excellent turkey, roast beef and porchetta. Delicious desserts. And wonderful wines, all included. Excellent and attentive service from all staff, a great start to the Holidays. Enjoy!
