Located in the heart of Islamorada at mile marker 81.6, Pierre's Restaurant is set amidst a glorious, palm-lined beach overlooking blue waters, with walking paths through tropical flowers and a thatched forest. The two-story exterior resembles the old colonial style residences found in West Africa, but its interior reflects different cultures from around the world. Pierre's offers fine dining on the second floor. Guests may enjoy meals indoors, or on the balcony-accompanied by Islamorada's spectacular sunsets and tropical views. The Green Flash Lounge serves guests on the main floor and the downstairs veranda. Outdoor seating is first come, first served and not available to be reserved.

You’ll find inside and outside bars and dining areas, live unique entertainment, spectacular sunsets and a large child-friendly beach with cozy Adirondack chairs.The Café is conceived to evoke the feel of a beach café where the Hawaiian and Californian surfers and sailboarders would relax after a day on the water. As such, its walls are adorned with surfboards, longboards, sail and kite boards, as well as many original 60’s surf posters. The Café’s menu showcases the freshest in local seafood and produce, the fare is both innovative and eclectic. The Café’s bar and wine offerings are equally noteworthy.     Great service, solid menu wine and bit pricey… Please tell the chef that truffle oil has no truffles and it is a bunch of chemicals that ruin food so don’t order it! Great view, and our food was excellent

    Good food but not the ingredients advertised on the menu. The Caribbean rub chicken cake without the advertised fried plantains. The pea and prosciutto salad came without the advertised English peas and snap peas, and came only with the fava beans. No mention or apology by the server for any of those omissions. Odd. But the good as served was good. My wife thought $48 for a roast half chicken was a bit high but it was well prepared (except for the missing plantains) and you are paying for location and ambiance, which are lovely. The key lime pie is very good. The Caribbean coconut custard nearly as good. Far Niente Chardonnay runs $170 which is a bit dear but location, location, location. This is our fourth stay at Cheeca Lodge and good food is part of it, so we will be back.

    We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. It was quite windy which meant it was chilly and we had to ensure the napkins were under things. Yet the view and being by the water was very well worth it.

    Bonnie and the entire staff are outstanding and food was like no other. Authentic and amazing entrees. Highly recommend!
