At The Matheson's third floor, adventurous cocktails are crafted from innovative spirits and seasonal fruits, flowers, and herbs. The level of food, service, quality of ingredients, presentation was all incredibly unique. We had a wonderful time and flavors and techniques are superb. Wine pairing was good, some bottles were truly unique, like Chateau d’Yquem Sauternes and Guiborat, Mont Aigu Champagne, but others less worth the price, still good rated wines. Net-net, would go back any day but likely to pick a wine bottle or two directly.
