Our Dundee Tasting Room is open Wednesday-Monday from 11am-5pm.Well behaved children are welcome to our tasting room, we ask that they please stay in their seat during your visit. Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Mushrooms are the heart of what we do at the Joel Palmer House. We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. We are frequently inspired by ingredients found in the cuisines of France, China, Thailand, Poland and India, so we call our cooking "freestyle." Our dishes pair well the celebrated wines of Oregon, especially Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Our extensive, Oregon-focused wine list has been awarded the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. Of special note, The Joel Palmer House ranks as one of Oregon's finest historic homes and is on the National Register of Historic Places and the Oregon Historic Register. Built in 1857, the house is Dayton's oldest standing structure. When weather permits, guests can enjoy their dinner on our outdoor patio, soaking in the last rays of sunshine in the heart of Oregon Wine Country.

Twice a year some old friends from Chicago visit their son & his family in Portland, and we always meet halfway (I live in Newport) for lunch while they're in Oregon. Over the years we've gone to many of the fine vineyards & restaurants in the wine country but always gravitate back around to Dundee Bistro, not only for its fine cuisine but also for its stylish yet comfortable ambience, its seating options (we like to be outdoors in summer, by the fireplace in winter), and its attentive but never intrusive service.

Our absolute favorite restaurant! Brought my brother here and he was amazed by the food too. Hands down best Italian food and love the fresh pasta! Our waiter was so friendly and nice and love the atmoshpere. We all loved every dish we got and can’t wait to go back!
