The Adobe Bar & Grille is now open in the clubhouse at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner. Chef Jacob Ellis and his culinary team provide quick yet quality food with an emphasis on lighter fare such as salads, soups, sandwiches and flatbreads. You'll discover a variety of American favorites such as all beef hot dogs, hamburgers, New York strip, pork chops, grilled salmon, fish & chips, chicken as well as salad options showcasing fresh topping ingredients and dressings. Food was good. Would’ve expected more reliable sourcing for the price. More grass fed beef, Kerrygold butter, better quality salt, etc. Great variety on the menu though. If I weren’t trying to eat better quality ingredients, there would be several tasty options.

Great experience for my daughter’s college graduation. Although the scallop and risotto was a bit salty, the short ribs and fish was a big hit. Pricey to say the least but it was a special occasion. Thank you.

We went there for my wife’s birthday. They were super busy with the holiday crowd. Service was a little slow but without us complaining or saying anything one of their managers jumped in and made things happen, then came back over to our table and apologized. Super impressive customer service.
