Bu'ul is the restaurant of the Chablé Maroma hotel, recommended in the 2024 MICHELIN Guide. Its cuisine is in charge of our corporate chef Jorge Vallejo, recipient of two MICHELIN stars for his Quintonil restaurant in Mexico City.Freshness, seasonality and personality converge on the plate at Bu'ul, with contemporary cuisine influenced by the culinary traditions of Southern Mexico, complemented by a spectacular wine list. Bu’ul is the Mayan word for "bean".     Wonderful Thanking dinner at Toro with excellent take on traditional American dishes. We loved the pumpkin crème brûlée desert in a pumpkin! The turkey was cooked perfectly as was the filet. We stayed next door at the edition but came next door to Toro after hearing how great it is and we are so happy we did. Our server was so kind and knowledgeable on wines. We also tried the salmon roll and truffle fries from their regular menu and loved it. I hope we can come back to eat again this trip or next. Thank you for making our holiday meal so special!

    The food and ambiance was absolutely stunning! I was visiting Etéreo from another resort and just being able to look out to a view from the restaurant was also in awe of itself. Itzam is definitely contributing to the idea of staying at etéreo next time. I can’t imagine what the other restaurants have to offer. My only complaint however was the service. Our server didn’t seem to know much about the menu and couldn’t really answer for any of the dishes. When asked what was in the tasting menu he was clueless as to what was in it and he seemed like he was under a good amount of stress. We also asked about an ingredient within the burger which was the chili as stated per the menu and asked for that not to be in the burger. He then continues to look at us and the menu and states that he didn’t even know that was on the burger. That is my only complaint.

    Wonderful experience, from the moment we entered we were greeted with excellent hospitality. The front desk and valet helped us get started, then the hostess, our waiters and the chef were all top notch, personable and helped us make the experience, which included our 7 month old daughter, flawless. Food flavors were amazing and drinks tasty. Thank you to all who helped us and look forward to our next visit! 🙏🇲🇽❤️
