Cathédrale is a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Tao Group Hospitality Chef/Partner Ralph Scamardella, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jason Hall (formerly of acclaimed restaurants like Gotham Bar & Grill, Anthos and Craft). The menu brings elemental, ingredient-driven cooking to the forefront, evoking the grandeur of the past while remaining contemporary in its execution.
