At Di Paolo’s our journey began with our beloved grandparents, Maria & Albert Di Paolo, who humbly opened a family pizzeria and small grocery store known as Italian Kitchen. As the aroma of freshly baked pizzas and the taste of homemade sauce filled the air, they, along with our father, Michael Di Paolo, expanded, adding more seating to accommodate our growing clientele.     I always have a great experience at PARC, but my Christmas night dinner was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome I received at check in, my wonderful server, Miss Amy’s attentive and fun service, and my delicious meal, this particular visit is one I’ll happily remember. Also, a special thank you for always treating solo diners with respect! It’s for all these reasons I’m a loyal + faithful PARC diner. Looking forward to my next visit!

    Another fabulous meal at La Fia; it's always fun to go with someone who hasn't been before, or only once or twice and get to see them experience all of the amazing food for the first time! As always, everything was absolutely outstanding: the focaccia with the honey butter is so addicting, I feel like I can't not order it now--same for the duck leg confit. I wasn't going to get it this time, and then someone else in our party was ordering it, and I knew I would wish I had ordered it when it arrived at the table for him! The pappardelle was incredible; all of us ordered it! And then we got the maple ice cream and the passion fruit sorbet for dessert, and both were excellent. Terrific cocktails as always, and the best service! The most wonderful place to have a meal that somehow manages to feel both informal and homey and special and chic at the same time (and love the holiday decor)! The best start to vacation!
