Please note: We only offer our wood fired pizzas Wednesday to Sunday including Friday and Saturday dinner.Please let us know if you if you have children included in your booking and require a high chair, we will do our best to accommodate.Some of our tables are high top tables with stools, please let us know if you prefer to sit at a regular table and we will do our best to make sure you're comfortable.The booking system will have either high top or low tables available.     We had a two-in-one Valentine’s and Birthday celebration dinner with a great and sumptous four course menu made from local produce which we surely enjoyed especially the smoked trout with caviar and eye fillet steak. A special request for a birthday dessert was well accommodated and executed with a birthday song by the friendly staff and enjoined by fellow diners. Lovely food and atmosphere. Must visit at Daylesford!

    Panchos is as vibrant and lively as ever! Still serving variety of good quality, interesting and exciting Latin American dishes in a fabulous environment, and I just love the pisco sours. If anything, even better than on previous visits!

    Absolutely wonderful. The platter (as always, visited 6 times) is the most delicious array of various hot and cold delights. Coupled with a beautiful crisp glass of Blue Pyrenees Vintage Brut made a memorable day.
