Saks is a casual fine dining experience in the Polanco area of Mexico City. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a healthy lunch or relax in the evening after a long day. Along with the all-day menu, Saks serves a variety of fine alcoholic beverages as well as fresh juice, coffee and tea. Cuisine at Saks focuses mainly on popular dishes from around Europe. These are always made with fresh ingredients sourced from local, organic farmers and other excellent sources. Everything served from the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus is low-fat and made with healthy, yet flavorful ingredients.

Es un recorrido por el pasado hasta llegar al presente de la cultura mexicana, pasando por diferentes civilizaciones, cada una con sus peculiaridades. Unir las seis regiones de México, enalteciendo su tipo de cocina e ingredientes.

Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

Lardo in Mexico City is known for chef Elena Reygadas' cooking of Mediterranean food from a wood burning oven. Diners are encouraged to share.
