Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. Glad you changed the dress code, more adult. Service was a bit slow receiving the check, but server had too many tables to cover. Otherwise service was good. Had a 7:30 reservation , was not seated until 7:50.

Wow! First of all, Dutch Courage was beautiful —all decked out for the holiday. I had eggnog—delicious. My husband and daughter’s drinks were great—and my daughter’s drink was lit up by the waiter tableside to infuse it with smoke. Fun! And because it was our daughter’s birthday, we wee surprised with Prosecco, which was a nice touch. Service was so personable. We loved everything about it.

The food was delicious. We bad the pear and ricotta bruschetta, bolognese and the pasta alla vodka. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was attentive.

Had a really good meal, though my NY Strip was a big Luke warm and my creamed spinach was dry. The potatoes au gratin were great and the loaded baked potato was good as well. My Dad said his 6oz fillet was amazing. Nathan was a wonderful server.
