Tagliata, an Italian chophouse, boasts an impressive menu featuring hand cut steaks, fresh rolled pastas, house made charcuterie & bounty of fresh seafood. Tagliata offers the largest wine list in Baltimore with bottles from around the world & a focus on Italian wines. We host live music in the piano lounge. Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more. Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine. When making your weekend reservations, please note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

    I enjoyed having dinner with my mom for a night out in Bmore. Our waitress Kai (I hope I’m spelling this right) was great! The food was chef’s kiss. That butternut squash bisque and the short beef rib tips! Listen! Really good. This was our first visit but definitely not the last. The food, service, music and overall ambience was an enjoyable experience.

    My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and the Tagliata staff were so celebratory by writing us a personalized card and bringing out complimentary Prosecco. The service was outstanding—genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve had at a restaurant. The food was delicious and some of the best, most authentic Italian we’ve tasted.

    Great atmosphere, cool repurposed rustic architecture. One warning, you may need a flashlight for the menu as the font was difficult to read with the lighting. Food was very good, only issue was the menu could have been more descriptive. Overall, everyone in our group enjoyed the meal and service.

    My wife and I enjoyed an amazing dinner at the black olive. It was our first time there, and definitely won't be the last. My wife has celiac disease and is very sensitive to gluten and all the dishes we ordered we're truly gluten-free.
