Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Aspen is located within a historic Victorian house in downtown Aspen, CO. Indoor dining in Aspen will be temporarily closed per Pitkin County Board of Health starting on 1/17. Takeout is available nightly from 5:30 pm-9pm. A little bit of heart goes into each dish prepared and local ingredients are sourced when they're available. Eat lightly, enjoying some appetizers in the lounge or enjoy a full sit-down dinner with several mouth-watering entrees. Start out your visit at Cache Cache with royal osetra caviar, Alaskan king crab or Hudson Valley Fois Gras Terrine. Entrees include a main dish with two sides and a sauce to complement your meal.
