Our menus focus on local distilleries and local farms throughout Alabama; the menu is ever changing with only the freshest products on hand.     We went for the first time for our anniversary. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the ever changing menu. I had the salmon and my wife had the pork. Both excellent choices.

    Galley and Garden is an oasis of calm and warmth on a hilltop of Birmingham. From the moment we arrived and had our coats checked, throughout the entire meal, we felt a calmness and warmth that erased the rainy, cold days of traveling Birmingham and the surrounding area. I enjoyed the salmon. My husband enjoyed his steak. The wine selection was very good. The key lime pie served in a martini glass was a perfect size dessert for two of us to share. Our waiter and other staff were very attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. We were seated in the room to the right of the bar area. Very nice decor and ambiance. We would definitely return.

    I had a delicious Christmas meal at Ruth Chris. The restaurant was crowded but the service remained excellent. The meal was outstanding. I was in a party of three. We ordered different entres. Everyone really enjoyed their entree. They were served hot and inviting. Ruth Chris made my Christmas Day exceptional!
