The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and private meeting rooms.     Food was excellent. It was Christmas Eve and very few restaurants were open (so they were BUSY) but our experience was great. Took a little longer than normal but well worth the wait. Our server was Jordan and she was fantastic!!

    This is a family owned and operated new business. From the moment you drive up front and park you know this is going to be a good experience, and it was. From the custom drinks to the deserts this was an experience we will cherish. If you like old fashion drinks 🍹 this is your place. The appetizers and salads were fabulous then came the meats which were served hot and done to perfection. If you are ever in this area DO NOT PASS Char 51 up. Make this your choice for lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed.
