Polo and Stephanie opened Meadowsweet together in 2014 and they see it as an extension of their home. They both enjoy good food, friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere to dine in and that is exactly what they want their guests to experience when visiting Meadowsweet. When they are not at Meadowsweet you will find them upstate at Meadowsweet Farm with their daughter and son where they grow some amazing vegetables with Polo’s Dad to serve at Meadowsweet.     PSARAKI is the ultimate Greek restaurant, transporting you back to your happy times on vacation in Greece. I love everything, the flavors of the cuisine, the ambiance, and most importantly the Greek hospitality. The restaurant is next to the water and is magical at night. Yamas!

    Fantastic! Will def be back for another round. We were 8 of us in the table and enjoyed amazing food!!! And actually really good service, everyone were so sweet and we had the best bday possible :)

    Everyone was wonderful, great super friendly and helpful waitress. The best appetizers, I would say try them all and really tasty desserts. Pizza, pastas and everything was prepared really well. :) The restaurant also offered our table some complimentary cannoli for our party of 9 and then was so nice for our celebration. Thank you so much!
