Lidia's features authentic, regional Italian cuisine. Every item at the restaurant is house-made entirely from scratch with the best ingredients available. Breads and desserts are baked in-house daily and each salad and entree is prepared fresh. Every day Lidia's offers a sampling of seasonal, daily-made pastas. We also feature many seafood, chicken, pork, and beef options. We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs including gluten-free items. Lidia's is located in the historic Freighthouse-- a beautiful 19th century building. The stunning decor includes three hand-blown chandeliers, a three-story slate fireplace, and cozy, New York style seating.Please note: Separate billing for parties of 6 or more is not allowed. Grünauer offers a classic Viennese gasthaus menu in the beautiful, historic Freighthouse. Located just north of Union Station in KC's premier dining and arts neighborhood- The Crossroads, Grünauer has been serving authentic Austrian and Central European cuisine since 2010 (with a focus on German and Hungarian as well).     One of our favorite go to fun spot in KC. Scott and his staff never disappoint. This holiday pop up is festive with cocktails and food offerings to match. Our favorites this visit are the Latitude 66°30' cocktail and the Winter Fruit Bread Pudding. Don’t miss spending some of you Holiday Celebrations here!

    We brought my best friend and her husband from Indianapolis and they were blown away. They finished their meal and said they wish there was a Lydia's in the Indianapolis area. Consistently absolutely delicious food, impeccable service and ambiance. Can't beat this! Recommend that reservations are made in advance because this is a VERY popular place.

    Pierpont's has been a favorite restaurant of mine for years. I don't go as often as I would like, but when I do, the quality of the food and service are always consistent and exceptional. In addtion, it is located in Kansas City's iconic Union Station. It is a wonderful restaurant for special occasions, but fun just for a happy hour, too. If you have not tried Pierpont's at Union Station, don't wait, it is a wonderful dining experience.

    KC has a lot to offer in restaurants but you won’t find any other like this one! The menu changes every few months and the variety is wide for any taste buds. We love the atmosphere and the presentation of the foods. I can tell the servers like it here too as we often get the same ones for years now.

    Amazing! It was a perfect night out with my sister. We felt pampered from the moment we got there to when we left. Don’t underestimate the sorbet for desert! Staff were the best!
