Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. The food and service from Hannah, our waitress, was so amazing. The flavor profile is spot on for each item on the menu. From the Spainsh shrimp to the Sunday dinner short rib. We loved it here.

Glad you changed the dress code, more adult. Service was a bit slow receiving the check, but server had too many tables to cover. Otherwise service was good. Had a 7:30 reservation , was not seated until 7:50.

My crab cake dinner was well prepared and quite delicious. The server was very courteous, attentive, professional, efficient and proficient. The ambience in the Rusty Scupper was very nice and the restaurant's window table view of the beautiful Inner Harbor at night was quite magical.

The food was delicious. We bad the pear and ricotta bruschetta, bolognese and the pasta alla vodka. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was attentive.

Had a really good meal, though my NY Strip was a big Luke warm and my creamed spinach was dry. The potatoes au gratin were great and the loaded baked potato was good as well. My Dad said his 6oz fillet was amazing. Nathan was a wonderful server.
