Brought to you by Chris & Michele Redding, the owners of Cuckoo's Chicken House & Waterin' Hole and The Animas City Theatre, The Roost opened June 12, 2018, offering affordable, casual dining in a fun, downtown location. Our seasonal menu offers a wide variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, prepared by Chef Dave Cuntz, Colorado Restaurant Association's Chef of the Year 2021. Located in Downtown Durango, 1/2 a block for the historic Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad. A great place to dine after your train ride.

Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs.
