The cooking style of Michelin-starred chef Mirko Gaul is a modern concept of "Asian Fusion”.     Es hat alles rundum gepasst. Sogar ein Sonderwunsch bei der Tischwahl wurde berücksichtigt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Bedienung inkl. des erst zwei Tage dort beschäftigten Mannes war sehr sympathisch und entgegenkommend. Besser gehts nicht. Herzlichen Dank für den durchweg gelungenen Rahmen bei Euch; und das in dieser Art schon seit Jahren. Richtig gut.

    Der Anfang war sehr schleppend, die Bedienungen wurden erst eingewiesen, nachbzwanzig Minuten wurd3n wir dann endlich bedient. Die Bedienung war neu hat aber dann den Service perfekt gemeistert und den solala Start wieder gut gemacht. Das Essen war genau wie bestellt und auch sehr gut, aber die Preise, ich hatte das Filet vom Rind, schon eine Hausnummer. Alles in allem war es echt ok. Besonderer Dank an die Bedienung. Gerne wieder zu Besuch bei euch.

    Bedienung war sehr kurz angebunden, da das Brauhaus sehr voll war, aber etwas freundlicher kann man schon sein! Der Sauerbraten war auch nicht so wie sonst…..
