The Plumed Horse Restaurant has been a beacon of South Bay fine dining since 1952. Led by Executive Chef Peter Armellino, it is a destination for those travelling to visit, yet retains its landmark status as a place to relax, unwind, enjoy, and indulge for locals. Michelin has agreed, awarding Chef Peter a star for 15 consecutive years.Chef's tasting menu, composed of multiple courses featuring items from local farms and fishermen, is the highlight.     really good food and unique location / atmosphere. service was a bit on the slower side but not annoyingly so. acoustics aren't great - glass walls and ceilings - so it's quite loud inside even partially full. a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but it is very well done (and what isn't overpriced in the valley?).

    I hadn’t been to Evvia in years and it was so great to go back. My friend and I shared a bunch of appetizers: meatballs, octopus, roasted beets and the butternut squash. The octopus was fantastic as were the meatballs. We each had a glass of wine and the whole meal was $100. Will definitely do that again.

    Very fresh ingredients and soulful preparations. We had dinner (salad, pot roast, polenta and mushrooms) as well as breakfast (great patatas bravas, perfectly cooked eggs) and all were delicious. Very ample portions. We came away with great leftovers to enjoy again.
