Vault is fantastic!!! Evan was our server, and he was wonderful!!!

The filet mignon, wine, and bourbon were good but very pricey for what they were. The waiter was attentive for the most part, but I felt rushed. For example, I specifically asked to have the bourbon with my appetizer and the wine with ny steak. But the waiter poured the wine in the decanter and kept coming back to try and pour my wine well before my steak arrived. I had to politely ask not to rush through the meal as this was a very special occasion. The restaurant was not busy but when the waiter realized he wasn't turning my table right away he sort of walked off to handle other customers and he didn't check on me for some time (i.e., refill water, etc.). That was how he interpreted my request to slow down the duration of the meal. The steak was a little overdone (more medium well than medium as requested), but not bad enough to send back. It was a good meal, but not spectacular enough to be worth the price paid, which is what I'd expect from other 5 star steak houses like it.

This is our favorite restaurant in Arkansas! Food, service, and ambience are the best This restaurant provides a class act experience from start to finish… No detail is missed! 

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The below street level dining area with the rock walls and low ceilings added to the old world German atmosphere and we were there during Friday evening when a lady was playing the accordion with gave a nice background music. The food, oh the food. There was a great special menu from which we ordered a braised pork shank with roasted Brussels sprouts and scalloped potatoes. From the main menu we had a veal schnitzel with a dill cream sauce and opted for the mashed potatoes & gravy and creamy cucumber salad. There were plenty of sides to choose from so that was a tough choice. Top it off with two German imported beers on draft and it was an amazing experience. If you’re lucky you’ll get Russ as your server!

The cocktails were excellent! I had the house Old Fashioned, my wife had the Strawberry Rhubarb Sour. For our meal I had the filet, served with a tornadoed potato and mushrooms in a light sauce, she had the trout served over mushroom risotto and a maque choux and both dishes were excellent. A nice, quiet place, comfortable and well designed. The service was attentive without being intrusive and very prompt and efficient. Highly recommended!
