Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs.     It was our first time there and I was blown away by how delicious the food was. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito at recommendation of our server and the burrito did not disappoint. The focaccia toast was delicious. I got the traditional breakfast with over medium eggs, their sausage made in house (delicious), and brioche toast and it was super tasty. The ambience even at brunch was great. The service was great, never had to worry about getting refills. The staff was friendly. Overall 10/10 experience and we cannot wait to come back for their dinner!

    Mahogany made our 12 wedding anniversary super special. Everyone staff who walked by wished us a Happy Anniversary. The wait staff was superb, food too notch. The new place is beautiful. I cant recommend this place highly enough.

    Blaze did a nice job serving our table. The guest with me was a first timer and thouroughly enjoyed the experience. The remodeling looks fantastic! There seems to also be a renewed energy toward creating a first class experience!
