EVO, short for evolution, represents a dream inspired by my mother to bring the familiar feeling of family to you, by showcasing my Italian home-style cooking from the freshest ingredients incorporated into my family’s recipes that have been passed down from many generations. My Sicilian mother and grandparents raised me to respect the heritage and tradition of the Italian culture. The draw of family brought me to south Florida where I opened Evo to continue to share my family’s secret recipes and the warmth of the Italian way of living. Through hard work and perseverance I climbed the ranks of some of the most well respected and popular restaurants in New York so that I can bring you Evo. So please come and join us. NiMo is a Coastal Mediterranean concept by Feal Hospitality, owned by dynamic duo Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar. The menu, itself, is a depiction of the bond formed by the partners over the years. It is the story of Mo, who grew up in the Mediterranean between Syria and Spain, told through the cuisine of his business partner, Chef Niven Patel. The menu is a culinary journey across the Mediterranean which includes dishes inspired by Syrian, Greek, and Spanish cuisine. Italy takes center stage with various pastas and wood fired pizza, a nod to Chef Niven’s time in Florence. As is true for all Feal Hospitality restaurants, fresh ingredients come first and local purveyors are showcased, including our own farm, Rancho Patel. NiMo is a casual yet elevated restaurant with pops of colors that add to the fun and excitement of the branding. The dining room features an open kitchen and is anchored by a 360 bar which opens to the exterior covered patio.

Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe.     Run don’t walk to Ara. It looks and feels like a restaurant in Palm Beach or Miami. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and the ambiance is beautiful and hip. The Food is OUTSTANDING!! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the quality is superb. We had the salmon crudo, lamb chops, sea bream, eggplant stack and Aramisu for dessert. Everything was soooo delicious we cleaned our plates. We were so impressed that the owner was there on a Friday night and came over to our table to meet us. He then sent out the fabulous chef to meet us as well. Incredible experience from beginning to end and everything in between. We can’t wait to go back, and to tell everyone we know about this wonderful restaurant in Jupiter. Bravo!!

    I always love coming to Jetty’s and decided to take my parents here as they were visiting. It was cold out so we sat inside. It was a bit hard to hear and my only complaint is our waiter was a bit more soft spoken so it was hard to hear him. In nice weather I always sit outside so we don’t have this problem. Otherwise- we love coming here!
