The Café Loren was opened in 1978 and offers fine dining in an atmosphere of casual seashore elegance. For four decades our menu has kept pace with American culinary trends. Over the years our heavy French influence has given way to American cuisine, a happy hybrid of styles, methods and ingredients from around the globe.     Always my favorite place for brunch. From the bread basket to the tree with beignets - and the delicious plates in between it is outstanding. Bring some bubbly and friends and enjoy the ambiance and delectable dishes.

    The entrees were all very good and fresh. Osso bucco was delicious as was the red and white branzino. As appetizers, we had calamari and gorgonzola gnocchi which are always fresh and tender. We sat in the area that is enclosed and it was warm but fairly loud. I would have preferred indoor but the place was very crowded Thanksgiving weekend. A very good dinner and I surely will go back again.

    Easily my favorite restaurant! Our meal was exceptional. From the beginning of the meal we knew we were going to enjoy our night. Service was top notch (as it always is) and the food is expertly prepared. At Cafe Loren the food is consistently delicious. The portions are generous enough to feel satisfied. But not so big that you cannot try something from each course. And there is always room for dessert. We try to have dinner at Cafe Loren whenever our schedules allow. PERFECTION!!
