Designated historical, 740 is one of Colorado's two oldest remaining saloons; transformed back to its 1904 roots; a traditional American dining saloon with a turn of the century ambiance featuring a magnificent room dominating bar, built in 1880 by the Brunswick Company,. The copper spit trough, once equipped with running water, still exists at the front of the bar. Louisville, notorious for its drinking, gambling, and illegal activities, evidence of the occasional misunderstanding is the .22 caliber bullet hole in the front bar. The bar offers a selection of craft beers, wines,  handcrafted cocktails and an extensive craft bourbon selection.Dinner Tue. thru Sat.     We had a great time! The service was good. Our server was on top of orders, refills, and checked in on a regular basis. Chef Jordan was fantastic! He cooked everything perfectly and was great with the kids at the table.

    Even what some people say I really think they put so much love to the thanksgiving dinner that I left thankful of people not being with their family for thanksgiving , thankful for all the love in the menu, maybe not your favorite taste but they thought a lot about the menu and. They hope you enjoyed it! Made it with the beta intención for you to like it! Sometimes we don’t know how much effort people and all staff have put together to make us feel in family! Make us feel taking care of! And for us that means a lot ! No one is perfect and no one does things right! Everyone have bumps here and there! We have to be grateful that there’s someone taking great care of us even if it’s not our very best taste !
