And the crown jewel—a brass-plated stainless steel hood, with rings crafted by a Thai artist to emulate a Buddhist monument. A fine example of both form and function, this opulent custom-designed hood is part of a ventilation system that makes it possible to put our kitchen right in the middle of the restaurant.

An absolutely fantastic dining experience! Everything was superb—from the warm ambiance to the impeccable service. The meat was simply outstanding, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Desserts were a true delight, leaving a lasting impression. A special highlight is the pricing, which is quite reasonable by Bangkok standards, especially for such a prestigious restaurant. Highly recommended!
