Service was excellent. The shareable were okay but the main course which was the strip loin was excellent.

A perfect Valentine’s dinner with thoughtful details—prosecco on arrival, a single rose, and chocolate-covered strawberries for that extra touch. The set menu had a great variety, with options to suit every taste, and the ambiance was just right. Nothing beats a live pianist to elevate the experience, making the night feel special from start to finish.

This was our first visit to Fabbrica. The meal was pricey, but expected. We have no problem with "pricey" as long as the food quality meets that expectation and we are delighted to say that it exceeded our expectations. The Caesar Salad, Chicken Parm, Sea Bream and Tiramisu were outstanding. Service was also great. Thank you Fabbrica!

Not only was the design and look of the building jaw dropping, the food and drink menu options were incredible. Both myself and my girlfriend were blown away by the quality of the food. I had the veal sandwich and she had beef dip, we both agreed that was the best we’ve ever had, happy to say we can say that about each other too😂. Anyways, we can’t wait to go back and try the pizzas that were flying out of the kitchen along with all the other delicious options, our new favourite spot hands down 👌 Highly recommended 10/10

A fun, old ski chalet-style/decor vibe. Very casual and very fun. They have bells at most tables to ring when the table wants a round of apple snapps shots. Larger bells to ring when someone wants to buy shots for the whole restaurant. (apple juice shots for kids). Our Server (Carrie) was the best - excellent service and so happy to be serving you - you could tell she loves her job. 4 of us had pork schnitzel- deep fried I believe - it was good but not fantastic - but good enough that I would order it again. The mushroom gravy was excellent. For the sides, the Spatzle was ok - a bit bland. The Swiss rostie potato was excellent. 2 others had the Chicken St. Moritz and both said they really liked it. Awesome beer menu. One dessert was ordered - Black Forest Cake from Thornbury bakery- and it was LOVED by all. This place was so fun, casual and lively. Good food with a great atmosphere. Great service. A definite return- and probably going to go and try their breakfast which also looks fantastic.
