This hip and trendy restaurant and lounge is set in a meticulously restored 19th century colonial Sugar-mill with an enormous terrace with an amazing view of Simpson Bay. Award winning Sushi and Steak with Sushi chefs hailing from Nobu, Morimoto, and Makodo. Hot kitchen features aged steaks and fresh fish.     Jackie was our fantastic server last night and made our first time at Jax a memorable experience! The food is exceptional, especially the lamb chops and NY Strip. It was flavorful and tender and juicy. Perfection. The service wasn’t hurried which allowed us to really savor each course. We plan to return! And thanks to Jackie for making it such a wonderful experience for our family.

    AMAZING beach club and restaurant in Cupecoy on Mullet Bay. Upscale, you do have to pay for comfy beach lounges but its all worth it. The food is more reasonable than some of the SXM beach clubs to it evened out! Will return next winter. Make a res in advance for beach chairs and for the restaurant.

    The most beautiful location and decor, with trees lit in neon and an eclectic vibe! Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing and delicious! Ribeye, Branzino, Hamachi, Tuna crispy rice, Noodle bowl. The views of the entire bay and Marina was stunning. Great service to top it all off!
