The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. My wife and I enjoyed an amazing dinner at the black olive. It was our first time there, and definitely won't be the last. My wife has celiac disease and is very sensitive to gluten and all the dishes we ordered we're truly gluten-free.

My date and I had a wonderful time together having dinner. The environment was very nice and food was good. The server was attentive and friendly and always had a big smile on her face. I would recommend The Rec Pier Chop House

Everything about this place was fantastic. In addition to having the most magical holiday decor in town and a great waterfront view, the food and service were top notch. I ordered one of the specials (shrimp gnocchi in pesto sauce), which was out of this world. The bartender even indulged me by making a holiday drink not found on the cocktail menu. Parking was easy as well since Ampersea is located just outside the busy part of Fells Point. I highly recommend Ampersea to anyone who is looking for a memorable night out. It's always great, but those holiday decorations and comfort food winter specials easily put Ampersea at the top of my list at this time of year. I plan to go back next week to enjoy it in all its winter splendor one more time before those stunning decorations and delectable specials are gone.
