The service and drinks were amazing , the food was okay. I felt it was very salty, at first I thought ok maybe it was just my food , but everyone at the table started to say the same thing (table of 8) and had different dish. Other than that, the service was great

It was my husband’s 65th bday today yet The staff didn’t celebrate it I bought two desserts and 2 coffees My Steak was awesome (well done) My husbands wasn’t hot he said (medium) Bread was very salty Staff was great (except not celebrating my husbands bday)

We love to take out-of-towners to Proof not only for the food, but to see the 21C art museum. The carrot soup and fancy grilled cheese was perfect for a wintry day. Our guests enjoyed bison burgers.
