The room and ambiance is unmatched! The upstairs level is beautiful. The cocktails are amazing and the best thing we ate was the guacamole. Chunky pieces of avocado with that right amount of cherry tomatoes, jalapeño, salt and lime. We’ll definitely be back and thanks for the experience!

This spot is a must see in Puerto Vallarta. You feel like you are miles away from the bustling city. The food is over the top, beautiful, and delicious. The service from Isreal and Luis was attentive and professional, yet warm and friendly. The place is beautiful, segmented to feel intimate. Highly recommended this place

We had the best service ever. Our waiter & the la cappella team was the best. Our waiter was attentive and made whole dining experience wonderful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time The food was amazing , The violin live music, and the view was incredible. It was my girlfriend birthday and she also had a great time. We definitely coming back again. Thank you !

This restaurant is wonderful. One of thee most memorable dinning experiences I’ve had. My fiancé and I were seated in the best table of the restaurant, right in front of the lovers bridge with a perfect view of the city and a most gorgeous sunset falling on the ocean. Our server Raul was informative and extremely attentive, he made us feel special with his service. It was such a treat to be eating in Elizabeth Taylor’s former home, the home was beautiful! The food was delicious and the music was extremely romantic. We also had a pleasant surprise of a mariachi band playing at the restaurant (one of the best mariachi’s I’ve heard). We are looking forward to having this experience again in the future. Gracias Raul!

Have eaten at La Palapa many times. For breakfast lunch and dinner. Always outstanding food and outstanding service with a beautiful view. Last night we had fresh Seabass and fresh red snapper. Prepared excellent. Our server Gilbert was attentive, spoke great English. And make sure we had a very pleasant experience.
