Behind an unmarked door adjacent to the wine room, guests are transported to District 1 (China Town) in Saigon via Blackhouse’s 28-seat restaurant-within-a-restaurant, LSXO. A spinoff of the Little Sister brand (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach & Downtown Los Angeles), LSXO is love letter to the culture, heritage, and lineage of Vietnam (Vuong’s relatives hail from the region).     My wife and I have always wanted to try Nobu. It was a very enjoyable experience. We had a table facing the marina (at night). It was a well heated area with minimal noise from nearby tables. The food was coming at a timely manner and our server was very attentive especially for our first time describing the cold/hot dishes. We ended up ordering the spicy tuna with crispy rice, wagyu goyza/tacos, and several other rolls (salmon sashimi/yellowtail +jalapeno). We were full where we didn’t have room for dessert. My wife enjoyed the mango passion fruit drink. Overall this experience will lead us to multiple returning visits.

    Had a fantastic experience at this place! First the manager Cesar came by and told us happy new year and let us know he’s available if we have any concerns we asked him for recommendations and he told us to split the bone in rib-eye and a big lobster, was a great portion for 2 people, the server recommended some sides and we went with her dessert for recommendation of the Grenache which was killer!!!! At the end John stopped by who is the new GM asking about our experience and thank us for dining in, absolutely fantastic time
